Purpose

To ensure spending of allocated funds is appropriately approved

Scope

This policy applies to all reimbursement requests to be fulfilled from fund managed by CrossWay Baptist Church.

Policy

All reimbursements must be submitted, signed, or otherwise approved by the individual responsible for the budget line or otherwise allocated fund to be charged for reimbursement.  The reimbursement must be denied if the responsible individual has not submitted, signed, or otherwise approved the reimbursement.
