To ensure fund raiser do not conflict with church goals and other activities
This policy applies to all activities collecting or raising money or other funding for church purposes or on church premises.
All fund-raising activities designed to benefit the CrossWay Baptist Church, its ministries, or any subsidiary organizations or on the premises of CrossWay Baptist Church must be submitted to the church staff no less than thirty (30) day prior to the beginning of the fund-raising efforts. Church staff shall remit approval or denial of the fund-raising event no less than ten (10) days prior to the beginning of the fund-raising efforts.
